Meet the founders of Orbis Investment Properties
Shuhei Kaneko
Co-Founder | Controller
Shuhei Kaneko is an accounting genius. He leads our accounting team with experience in dealing with varieties of property management accounting, including retail, industrial, office, medical, associations and more. He created and implemented company procedures to insure proper accountability. Shuhei knows that trust is the key to success and has emphasized transparency with his team and in his works. He encourages questions and makes extensive efforts to help his clients understand their financials. He recognizes the responsibility of managing our important assets and partnered up with Gina and Ginger to provide the highest quality of attention and protection for our client’s assets.
Shuhei volunteers his time coaching community youth basketball and enjoys playing tennis. He likes to try new things, especially when a new restaurant opens or one of our tenants start a new buesiness.
Gina O'Neil
Co-Founder | Broker
Gina O’Neil began her real estate career in 1999 when she planted roots in Las Vegas and started in the multi-family industry. She progressed through all types of residential management before discovering her passion for commercial real estate. Gina’s wisdom derives from experience in managing an all-encompassing variety of commercial properties, including everything from Class-A retail to complex industrial, medical and office buildings as well as professional owners’ associations, she can do it all. With the exceptional knowledge that only comes from experience, Gina is dedicated to developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with her clients, creating an alliance for the benefit and protection of their investments.
While living the property management lifestyle, Gina is also an outdoor enthusiast. She enjoys kayaking on the Colorado River, exploring Nevada ghost towns and sleeping under the stars.
Ginger Cerda
Co-Founder | Property Manager
Ginger Cerda moved to Las Vegas in 1995 and began her career in Commercial Real Estate in the summer of 1999. Her experience includes management of all asset types including but not limited to office, medical office, retail, industrial, property owner associations and properties in receivership. She is well versed in all aspects of asset management including tenant improvements, capital improvements, lease negotiations and tenant retention. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she is an expert in her field and has managed the growth and success of many commercial property investments throughout the Las Vegas area. She is committed to achieving the short and long term goals of each and every client. She strives to maximize value in her clients’ assets.
In Ginger’s spare time, she enjoys hiking with her daughter, volunteering and exploring the many natural wonders that surround our beautiful city.
