Ginger Cerda moved to Las Vegas in 1995 and began her career in Commercial Real Estate in the summer of 1999. Her experience includes management of all asset types including but not limited to office, medical office, retail, industrial, property owner associations and properties in receivership. She is well versed in all aspects of asset management including tenant improvements, capital improvements, lease negotiations and tenant retention. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she is an expert in her field and has managed the growth and success of many commercial property investments throughout the Las Vegas area. She is committed to achieving the short and long term goals of each and every client. She strives to maximize value in her clients’ assets.

In Ginger’s spare time, she enjoys hiking with her daughter, volunteering and exploring the many natural wonders that surround our beautiful city.
